Reseal the case in the same packaging and drop it at any post office. Nothing to pay.

Choosing jewellery
Our styling team curates every piece in the collection. If you'd like a second opinion, send us the dress and the occasion — we'll come back with three suggestions within a day.
Rental periods
Rentals run for 4, 8 or 14 days from the morning of your start date. Extensions can be requested up to 48 hours before your return date, subject to availability.
Delivery
Fully insured next-day delivery is included on every rental across mainland UK. Pieces arrive in a sealed, tracked case with a return label already inside.
Returns
Place the piece back in its case, apply the prepaid label and hand it in at any post office by 5pm on your return date. No packing, no postage, no queues at a courier depot.
Cleaning
Between every rental, pieces are ultrasonically cleaned, polished, re-photographed and inspected by a qualified jeweller before they are listed again.
Damage protection
Minor wear — a loosened clasp, a light scratch — is covered as standard on every rental. Loss or major damage is charged at a capped percentage of retail value, made clear at checkout.
